In terms of the New Zealand style, Huia (who-ya) is drier and makes its complex flavor impression with subtlety rather than fruit impact. Medium-bodied with an impressive array of detailed flavors, it ranges from tropical fruits to lime-accented citrus. While it concludes with a snappy streak of minerality, it is a beautifully finessed Sauvignon Blanc finishing with handsome length.
